The contact form allows you to ask us questions or make requests.
We use your name and e-mail address for this purpose. We are required to do this by law. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response.

Disclosure to other companies or institutions
Yes, but only if necessary because of a legal obligation or a legitimate interest such as reasonable business practice:

• Bookkeeper and tax advisor, due to inspection of invoices with address information,
• Google Analytics, for analysis of visit data website,
• Shipping of business-related materials such as printed materials, designs, data carriers (e.g., USB sticks) through transportation companies,
• If you wait too long after receiving payment, it may be necessary for us to share your relevant personal data with a commercial party.
  This party then handles reminders and dunning letters for us and will need to have your name, address, place of residence and telephone number for that task.

Jubels B.V. uses only technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not invade your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferences. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Leadinfo
We use the lead generation service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, Netherlands. The tool recognizes company visits to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies, to evaluate user behavior on our website and the tool processes domains from form entries (e.g., "Leadinfo.com") to correlate IP addresses with companies and improve services.
