Jubels is your experienced partner when it comes to personalized print materials and multichannel campaigns. One of the campaigns we are proud of is the one we did for mooze. This online printing company was looking for an enthusiastic partner to reach more potential customers for its online printing services. However, a significant challenge came into play: a new law had just been introduced that prohibited sending emails to potential customers unless the company already had an established relationship with them.
Therefore, Jubels developed a direct mail campaign with a personalized landing page where recipients could order 100 free business cards that they could design themselves. In this campaign, three types of mailings were tested to see which would generate the highest conversion: a personalized pop-up 3D cube, a multiloft card in an envelope, and a square card made of 1 cm thick honeycomb cardboard. The winner was the multiloft card with a conversion rate of nearly 10%! The campaign was so successful that mooze repeated it three more times, each with outstanding results.
Two factors contributed to the success of the campaign. Firstly, it’s always exciting to receive something for free. Offering free samples or goodies is a strategy that often works to generate interest. Secondly, it’s pleasant to land on a personalized landing page where all the personal information is already filled in. This created a smooth user experience that we easily automated with XMPie.
